Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Edustria V.O.F., H. Consciencestraat 40, 8600 Beerst, Belgium, operating MailTester.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

MailTester provides email verification, inbox placement testing and related deliverability tooling. Verification results are statistical assessments of deliverability at the time of checking; we do not guarantee that any individual message will be delivered.

Acceptable use

You may only verify addresses you have a lawful basis to process. You may not use the service to facilitate spam, to validate harvested or purchased lists for unsolicited mail, or in violation of applicable law including the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL.

We may suspend accounts that materially breach this section. Where practical, we will warn you first.

Credits and billing

Pay-as-you-go credits remain available until used and are non-transferable. Subscription allowances reset per their stated period and unused allowance does not roll over. Syntax-invalid addresses are not charged.

Fees are exclusive of taxes. Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact support within 30 days of the purchase in question.

Your data

You retain all rights to the lists you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to process them for verification. Handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
